DELIVERY DETAILS

CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES

To guarantee delivery in time for Christmas, please place your orders by Midnight on Sunday 22nd December

(Standard delivery will automatically be upgraded free of charge to ensure it arrives in time).

All orders placed after this date will be delivered from December 27th onwards.

We aim to have your order ready as soon as possible. Our standard delivery rate is £2.95 for orders under £15 and £4.99 for all orders over £15. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched containing your delivery details.

If you require your order as a matter of urgency, please give us a call on 01507 525871 and we will do our very best to make this happen.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Shipping on all orders outside of the Mainland UK will be charged at a flat rate of £15.99. These will be shipped using Evri International standard delivery, with a timescale of between 4-7 days.

RETURNS POLICY

We're sure that you'll love your order as soon as you open it, but if for any reason you need to make a return, you have 14 days to send it back to us. All you have to do is send an email to calmandcoastal@gmail.com, letting us know which items you wish to return and then simply post the items back to us at the address below.

When returning any goods we strongly recommended you get proof of posting. Please also ensure that your items are sent back in their original condition, which means being unused and in their original packaging. Fragile items must be packed safely as if the items are returned damaged in transit, we will be unable to offer a refund. As soon as we have received your return, we will issue a full refund back to the original payment method within 3-5 days. As soon as we have received your return and it has been checked, we will issue a full refund back to the original payment method within 2-3 days.

DAMAGED ITEMS

We do our best to ensure that your parcels are packed very carefully but for if any reason you have received a damaged item, this must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of the order. Please report this by email to calmandcoastal@gmail.com and include photographic evidence to show the damage that has occurred. As soon as we have received your email, we will get back to you within 24 hours.
